The creative process

In each reproduction I seek to create something new

I want each copy I make to be a unique piece

Paint the illustration in bright colors and clear strokes

i do it as faithfully to the original as possible

then the beautification process begins

this is my favorite part

I ink, sand, and work the piece with a brush and brush

i do the whole process by hand

until you get the look of an old rusty billboard

I feel that at the end of the process the work has been transformed

now she is unique and has her own personality
